Fawn & Fern operates without a traditional brick-and-mortar location, serving the greater Seattle and Eastside area through virtual support and coordinated in-person meetings in homes or local coffee shops.

Initial conversations with families and caregivers take place via email and phone, making it easy to connect from anywhere.

Interviews with prospective nannies are conducted either through video chat or in person, typically in the Shoreline/Lake Forest Park area.

For families, once a contract is in place, we schedule a video call with the full household—or an in-home visit if preferred—to ensure a smooth and personalized onboarding experience.
