Fawn & Fern Full Service Inclusions:

Pricing

Initial Consultation 

Initial consultations via e-mail, phone, or video calls are free of charge. This is a great time to see if working with an agency is a good fit for your family, and to answer any questions you may have.

Engagement Fee 

Once you choose to move forward with Fawn & Fern, a $250 deposit is collected and an initial contract is prepared. This deposit will be applied toward your final placement fee. If Fawn and Fern is unable to find a suitable caregiver for your needs, the deposit will be refunded 50%. 

Fees for Caregiver Placement

The placement fee for a nanny or household manager varies depending on how many hours you are offering and how long the contract is. All final placement fees are due 7 days from a caregiver's start date.

  • Long-term (6 month+ contract or longer) Nannies & Household Managers

    • Working 40+ hrs a week = 8% of their first year’s gross salary

    • Working 25-39 hrs a week = 10% of their first year’s gross salary

    • Working 16-24 hrs a week= 12% of their first year’s gross salary​

  • Short-Term (Under 6 month Contract) Nannies & Household Managers

    • Flat fee of $2,500 for one child, and $500 per additional child

 

  • Short-Term (Typically 1-3 months) Newborn Care Specialist

    • Flat fee of $3,000

DIY Hiring Guide & Consult Package

Unique to Fawn & Fern- we offer a budget-friendly solution to help families with the hiring process.  Included is a 60 minute consultation via phone/zoom to answer any questions (can be split into two 30-minute calls. Our document package includes a Seattle area hiring guide, industry standard guide,  interview questions, contracts, payroll & tax guidance and background check how-to's. This package is perfect for those who feel they have the time and knowledge to hire their own caregiver, but need a little extra help to get going.

This DIY package is $199.  

All caregiver placements are backed by Fawn & Fern’s Happiness Guarantee. If a caregiver doesn’t work out for any reason, the team will help you find a replacement—offering a 60-day guarantee for long-term hires and a 30-day guarantee for temporary placements.
