Initial Consultation
Initial consultations via e-mail, phone, or video calls are free of charge. This is a great time to see if working with an agency is a good fit for your family, and to answer any questions you may have.
Engagement Fee
Once you choose to move forward with Fawn & Fern, a non-refundable $250 deposit is collected and an initial contract is prepared. This deposit will be applied toward your final placement fee.
Fees for Long-Term Nannies or Household Managers
The placement fee for a long-term nanny or household manager is 10% of the caregiver’s gross annual salary for full-time positions and 15% for part-time roles. The fee is due once a caregiver has been successfully hired.
Fees for Newborn or Temporary Care
For temporary care, Fawn & Fern charges a flat placement fee instead of a percentage of salary. The fee for a newborn care specialist is $3,000, based on overnight care for one infant. Temporary or summer nanny placements are $2,000 for one child and $2,500 for two or more children. The placement fee is due once a caregiver has been successfully hired.
All caregiver placements are backed by Fawn & Fern’s Happiness Guarantee. If a caregiver doesn’t work out for any reason, the team will help you find a replacement—offering a 60-day guarantee for long-term hires and a 30-day guarantee for temporary placements.
